We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Technical Consultant to join our team. As a Marketing Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementations and support on the retainer contracts with our clients in their use of HubSpot, ensuring their system's health with clean data, error-free workflows, working integrations, and meaningful reporting.

As a part of your job, you will be

  • Implementing HubSpot from scratch for new clients, migrating their data to HubSpot, and configuring integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems.
  • Designing and configuring workflows, monitoring their performance, and suggesting improvements.
  • Participating in creating and executing marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring and maintaining client data and process quality.
  • Providing end-user support for sales and marketing teams, troubleshooting issues, and guidance on best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with new HubSpot features and suggesting adoption strategies for clients.
  • Helping write SOPs and ensuring clients implement them.
  • Helping re-design sales and marketing processes for clients and implementing changes as needed.

We expect you to have the following skills:

  • Experience in marketing automation and CRM, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing operations and best practices in marketing automation and CRM, with experience in providing support and end-user training.
  • Experience with workflow and automation development, including experience with HubSpot workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis and reporting, and experience in creating integrations between HubSpot and third-party systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment, take the initiative, and drive projects to completion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
